M2 Logistics, Inc., was established in 2001. The ownership of M2 has been involved in all aspects of business.

In June of 2006, M2 opened its first regional office in Denver, Colorado. M2 acquired a new Green Bay, Wisconsin, corporate office in September, and opened a Dallas, Texas, satellite campus. In September, M2 launched intermodal service offering.

In 2009, M2 launched LTL (Less Than Truckload) services. By 2012, this service was expanded with DLS Worldwide.

In 2012, M2 opened a Salt Lake City, Utah, regional office. Over the course of 2013 and 2014, M2 expanded their services to launch specialized service offering and added TMS capabilities to their service portfolio.

In 2015, M2 started offering Supply Chain Solutions including 3PL (3rd Party Logistics).

In 2016, M2 updated their corporate logo and in April of 2017, M2 moved into a new corporate office building.
